Allow user to define chapters

Often, I have a file that I want to record to DVD, but I want certain points in that file to be the beginning of a new chapter. Let's say I have a training video in which multiple portions of the file cover different topics. It would be nice for the person playing the DVD to be able to skip from chapter to chapter until he finds the segment he wants. Nero allows you to set point markers on a video clip manually, instead of just at certain intervals.
